I agree absolutely. Living right here near DC and being a victim of the present USCIS mess, I still did not know about this campaign until a family member from India mentioned about it after reading it in the local newspaper.
I quickly signed up on this site and sent the flowers to be delivered yesterday.

Well Said mate! The problem in these forums is if you have an opinion that differs from the majority, you are considered a snob. Sadly the underlying problem is EB3-I and EB3-I alone nothing else. :)

probably Texas, that is where my I-140 was approved.
Cancelled 4 tickets and lost 1000 bucks. Was to fly on 6th. Never expected dates will move. MY PD Nov 2001 EB3 India.
Hoping to get receipts by 20th. Is that a fair assumption? Planning to re-book for 22nd.
Don't want to lose another dime on cancellations and re-bookings.
Advice and share your thoughts.
Not sure when you are planning to return to US. They will send you fingerprint notices with in a month I guess.

Hello,
As my lawyer has used his checks to pay my 485/765/131 fees, there is no way of knowing whether the checks have been cashed. I did called my attorney a couple of times last week and he told me that checks are NOT yet cashed.
So I'm still waiting to hear from the lawyer abt the receipts.
And it looks like your package was handled at NSC itself, instead of getting transfered to TSC or CSC, hence the LIN#.
I will let you know once my receipts are in.

My case was received by NSC on Jun 25th. No word yet. My I-140 is from Texas. Very worrying situation,
Don't worry.. you will be fine. you will receipt from TSC in day or two
our application reached NSC on 22 june and cheque cashed yesterday. wait for one or two day, you will get good news

I am not entitled more or less, IV can close shop today, I did not come to the USA because there was EB1/2/3 or IV fighting my battles, enjoy your journey. SRC is always Texas , LIN is Nebraska. Also when you input the receipt number in USCIS case status website it tells you which center this application is with.
I understand that. What I wanted to know was what number you have? SRC or LIN? And also to confirm, if it was cashed by TSC? and not the case that it was cashed by NSC and then scheduled to be transfer to TSC?
