I think your idea is good. But this could be very difficult to implement, at least for USCIS.
Another suggestion is that porting should be automatic. As soon as a person acquires the required qualification for EB2 + a letter from the company that the person's future job will be of EB2 caliber, UCSIS should put him/her in EB2 category. This is some thing we should work on.
Most of us are analyst by profession. Maybe that is one of the reasons most of us are always engaged in analysis and optimization of the system, to suit our own individual application. All of us believe that the system which suits our individual application is the best system. Anything that doesn't work for us is just screwed-up. Every person is at a different stage so most of the people are always fighting with each other.

Same boat guys. July 07 filer and have not received my FP yet. My lawyer thinks it should not be a problem at all, and I read of a case here who got his GC without ever fingerprinting.
Am about to renew my EAD and AP in a couple of week's time and that is the only hope left. I sincerely hope not receiving FP is not a major drawback.

No one can claim to be 'superior' by virtue of their EB classification and take refuge under the current system by preaching that "it is what it is, you accepted it, so play by it!". What a sudden love fest for a system that you cared to fix not too long ago? So, what changed? The sudden realization that there are a few erudite and vocal EB3 I's that can speak their mind and ask the difficult questions?!

Others are scared sh*it that the real deal will be revealed. Just goes to prove that if the current system goes to serve YOUR narrow self interest, you will go to no end to justify it AND defend it... even at the cost of creating deep divides amongst a larger group. Suddenly, your sense of outrage has been channeled against EB3 I's seeking a voice and not against the 'system' that you claimed to care fixing. Nice. After all, one would find that MOST work done by EB2 I's does not really require a Masters degree. Just ask a high school Java whizkid.

Our nation holds paramount equal treatment under the law. My principal question is, what federal laws may I break so that I am rewarded with amnesty to the tune of $18,000 per year?
That would bring me parity with the estimated costs to society of illegal aliens. These are in health, education and related social benefits. Oh, and the approximately 30 percent of our prison population which is comprised of some of these aliens. Seems some of the cost is borne by victims who are assaulted by aliens doing the crimes Americans just won�t do.
I�ll even give you a bargain. As a small business owner, my real and opportunity costs to comply with federal statutes and regulations are substantial. These are not taxes, they are non-deductible costs I incur to comply with federal law. My daughter�s chronic medical condition and my own heart condition also incur substantial expenses. Regarding our health, my family is uninsurable due to these conditions. We have never received assistance under any state or federal programs.
All of these costs come to something over $27,000 per year. So, when you give me my amnesty and my $18,000 per year, you will fall short of my expenses by approximately $9,000. Since you are wise in the ways of federal accounting, you can inform your constituents that you have in fact saved $9,000 per year, in addition to the moral claim of having granted me amnesty.
It will be appropriate to consider that in fairness my children should be due anchor amnesty. This from the fact that they still will be my dependents when you soon grant me amnesty. If you delay, well, my daughter will always be my dependent.
Considering possible delays, especially since fellow citizens will have their own tailored amnesty petitions, I understand if you need to charter a Federal Amnesty Commission. Thanks.. All of our checks were sent by lawyer and they were not telling me any thing. When I asked them repeatedly, they just said checks have not been cashed and our dear USCIS refused to give any update, as it has not been 90 days. I am still waiting for FP notice or receipt for my I485/I131 and receipt for I485/I131/I765 of my wife.

My attorney sent documents to NSC on July 2nd 10.30 AM
Transferred from NS --> TSC with receipt date Aug 29'th.
My cheques were cashed on Aug 29th. Have not received the receipt numbers physically by psotal mail.
My question to you is " Will TSC send the receipt number documnets directly to me or to my Attorney?"

HE says that I will need to send a letter to the address on receipt (TSC) with the copy of online address change submission and stating that you moved and needs the address to be updated asap. She said the EADs wil goto my address and won't be forwarded....

out of 45K members let's assume 22.5 K are EB2 and 22.5 K are EB3.
Even If 11.25K (EB2)+11.25K (EB3) = 22.5 K (Total) contributes $25 Each Problems gets solved ... but the catch is ....
Even 11.25 K EB2 members are not contributing because they don't have to as their problem is solved

Many people are saying that EB3 members are not contributing that's why you are lagging etc...
EB3 Members who contributed are feeling the pain because even after contribution they are not getting the results and EB2 members who didn't contributed are getting the results...

When you say that you will not need your clients you are wrong. when I was searching for projects I got a chance to apply to a job opening in one of my previous client, guess what, the start to my second stint was smooth just because I had a good rapport with my client and they liked my work. I even got one of my team mates in my client place to give me a referral for my higher studies.
"Your ex boss is not a bad guy, he knows you are leaving for better opportunity".He is not only a bad guy, he is evil IF (note the big IF) he is keeping the money which is not his. Their conscience should prick when they feed and give excellent education to their kids with the ill gotten money.
Unfortunately one might need his ex-employer in future (might not always be the case) and that is the irony of it all.
What wrong he did? Nothing illegal but certainly not the best practise. Atleast he has been insensitive to his former employer.

Country Cap for employment based GCs is discrimination by National Origin. It must be removed. This kind of practice would be illegal if practiced by any corporate entity. So it might be illegal even for USCIS to have a country cap for employment based visas. We might want to think about having some lawyers check into this and maybe sue USCIS so that they remove this discriminatory rule. This one small change in rule could make a huge difference to Indian community, more than any other legislative changes. Skilled workers from different countries come to USA because they all want to work in USA, not because they come from a certain country. USA should have only one queue for this reason. Having separate queues for each country is downright racist and discrimination by national origin.

2) We should follow up and make appointments Next week (It is a short week) or on Monday 29th November. When we go to this appointment, just focus on the message of this action alert. Do not be tempted to talk about any other issue, Do not take a lot of time and do not present any personal issue. Just talk about this one issue.
3) Please consider getting on a recurring contribution for IV. We need the funds. There are a lot of things that can be achieved if we had a big budget.
